Paul helps businesses achieve special things through smart strategies and great design
that engages people and communicates powerfully through all media. Based in New York, he has a proven record of transforming ideas into award-winning solutions.

Paul began his career at ABC Broadcasting before moving to a design agency that created innovative campaigns for ESPN. As an Art Director for the NFL, he created new graphic approaches for the Super Bowl and Pro Bowl logos, team identities, national advertising, marketing campaigns, special exhibits and licensed products. More recently, Paul was Creative Director in the corporate design group at The McGraw-Hill Companies, spearheading projects for such well-known businesses and brands as Standard & Poor’s, BusinessWeek, J.D. Power and Associates, Architectural Record, and McGraw-Hill Education.

Producing the same top-notch work he always has, Paul formed re:DESIGN. He is also a Managing Partner of 12Most.com,
a writer and blogger, Co-host of the popular chat #MyBookClub, speaker/guest lecturer at media events and schools, and is Design & Branding Chair on the Board for Social Media Club–L.I.

Peggy is a positive vibe producer, social media butterfly and all around happy person!
As Director of Marketing and Social Media Manager for Kreussler, Inc., she directs online branding, strategic marketing programs and lead generation via social media.

Creating fully integrated programs, Peggy blends traditional marketing with advertising tactics and new media for maximum impact. Among other things, she certainly knows how to engage an audience and get serious business results.

Peggy is a well known online personality and is honored to be included on several “Best of” social media and blogging lists. Along with being a Managing Partner for 12Most.com, Peggy created the very successful #MyBookClub, consisting of informative online chats and hosting such well known guests as Guy Kawasaki, Dave Kerpen and Olivier Blanchard. She is a popular blogger and has begun speaking at media events such as the 140 Character Twitter Conference.

Peggy lives in New Hampshire with her husband, Richard, their three children and Oliver, their golden retriever.
