Tips for a better experience: 
• Close out Skype or any other program that may be using your webcam
• Use headphones to eliminate echo
• Click “Start Broadcasting” and follow steps; select camera and microphone
• Go to microphone icon on right side and click “Unmute microphone”
• Make sure the latest version of Flash is being used (download here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer)
• May also need to go into your computer’s settings and adjust microphone sensitivity
